All That Jazz | Music Monday

So last week after we finally got home from New Orleans, the kids were in a Jazz Workshop camp all week ending with a whirlwind of performances this weekend and tonight. So I’ve been immersed with jazz, and that is no complaint, just an observation. I grew up listening to all genres of music, but jazz was one that really stuck with me. It is one that is always soothing to the mind and soul, it is one that I can set in the background and it will make everything seem better. I love old school jazz, but there are some new artists that are really making a mark in the jazz world that are worth noticing.

I got a little help from the oldest kid with his favorites because he has an old soul and is truly going to change the view of jazz soon. He will be next on your radars soon!
